At Christmastime, Gene Autry attempts to help out a tribe of Indians that are using his land...Further investigation finds that trading-post owner Smiley Martin is depriving the natives of their livelihood so he can blackmail them for a valuable object. Gene sings "Here Comes Santa Claus", "Silent Night", & more. Coincidently, Clayton Moore & Jay Silverheels are both in the cast.
